Taylor Swift憑藉《Midnights》獲得「年度專輯」大獎，成為史上第一位四封年專的藝術家

Billie Eilish憑藉《What Was I Made For?》獲得「年度歌曲」和「最佳影視歌曲」獎

全球音樂娛樂行業的領導者——環球音樂集團旗下的藝術家、唱片廠牌和發行合作夥伴在第66屆格萊美獎中斬獲眾多獎項。其中，Taylor Swift（Republic）憑藉專輯《Midnights》獲得「年度專輯」（Album of the Year）獎，成為歷史上第一位四次獲得「年度專輯」獎的藝術家。《Midnights》同時獲得「最佳流行音樂演唱專輯」（Best Pop Vocal Album）獎。

Billie Eilish（Interscope）憑藉歌曲《What Was I Made For?》獲得「年度歌曲」（Song of the Year）獎和「最佳影視歌曲」（Best Song Written For Visual Media）獎。Boygenius (Interscope) 獲得三項大獎，其中專輯《the record》獲得「最佳另類音樂專輯」（Best Alternative Music Album）獎，歌曲《Not Strong Enough》獲得「最佳搖滾表演」（Best Rock Performance）及「最佳搖滾歌曲」（Best Rock Song）。

環球音樂版權詞曲作者創作的歌曲獲得「年度專輯」（Album of the Year）（作者：Taylor Swift, Jack Antonoff）、「年度製作」（Record of the Year）（作者：Kid Harpoon）、「年度歌曲」（Song Of The Year）（作者：Billie Eilish）和「最佳R&B歌曲」（Best R&B Song）（作者：SZA）等獎項認可，Jack Antonoff獲得了格萊美「年度製作人（非古典）」（Producer of the Year, Non-Classical）大獎。

Killer Mike（Concord）贏得說唱類的三項格萊美大獎，專輯《MICHAEL》獲「最佳說唱專輯」（Best Rap Album），歌曲《Scientists & Engineers》收穫「最佳說唱歌曲」（Best Rap Song）和「最佳說唱表演」（Best Rap Performance）獎，這首歌由André 3000、Future和Eryn Allen Kane助陣演唱，James Blake（Republic）製作。

去年「最佳新人」獎的獲得者Samara Joy（Verve Label Group）憑藉《Tight》獲得「最佳爵士表演」（Best Jazz Performance）獎，Meshell Ndegeocello（Blue Note）憑藉《The Omnichord Real Book》獲得「最佳另類爵士專輯」獎（Best Alternative Jazz Album），Coco Jones（Def Jam Recordings）憑藉《ICU》獲得「最佳R&B表演」（Best R&B Performance）獎。

Chris Stapleton（Mercury Nashville）憑藉《White Horse》獲得「最佳鄉村音樂獨唱表演」獎（Best Country Solo Performance）和「最佳鄉村音樂歌曲」（Best Country Song）獎。Allison Russell（Concord）憑藉《Eve Was Black》獲得「最佳美國根源音樂表演」（Best American Roots Performance）獎。Karol G（Interscope）的《MAÑANA SERÁ BONITO》獲得「最佳拉丁城市音樂專輯」（Best Música Urbana Album）獎，Juanes（UMLE）的《Vida Cotidiana》贏得「最佳拉丁搖滾或另類專輯」（Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album）獎。

此外，專輯《Some Like It Hot (Original Broadway Cast)》（Concord）獲「最佳音樂劇專輯」（Best Musical Theater Album）。「最佳電子遊戲和互動媒體配樂」（A Best Score Soundtrack for Video Games and Other Interactive Media）獎由《星球大戰絕地：倖存者》（Disney）獲得。The Beatles（UMe）的《I’m Only Sleeping》獲得「最佳音樂MV」（Best Music Video）獎。

在福音音樂類別中，「最佳福音專輯」（Best Gospel Album）由Tye Tribbett（CCMG）的《All Things New: Live in Orlando》獲得。Kirk Franklin（CCMG）的《All Things》獲得「最佳福音表演/歌曲」（Best Gospel Performance/Song）獎，Lecrae & Tasha Cobbs Leonard（CCMG）的《Your Power》獲得「最佳當代基督教音樂表演/歌曲」（Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance / Song）獎。

在古典音樂類別中，「最佳古典器樂獨奏」（Best Classical Instrumental Solo）獎由演奏《The American Project》的王羽佳和路易斯維爾管弦樂團指揮家Teddy Abrams（Deutsche Grammophon）獲得。John Williams的《Helena』s Theme》（Disney）獲得「最佳器樂演奏作曲」（Best Instrumental Composition）獎，The String Revolution與Tommy Emmanuel（CIA Records）合作的《Folsom Prison Blues》獲得「最佳器樂編曲」（Best Arrangement, Instrumental or A Cappella）獎。《Written In Their Soul: The Stax Songwriter Demos》（Concord）獲得「最佳歷史專輯」（Best Historical Album）和「最佳專輯注釋」（Best Album Notes）獎。

此外，UMG旗下簽約並發行音樂作品的藝術家Kacey Musgraves, Jacob Collier, J Cole以及Susan Carol，通過合作表演也獲得了格萊美獎的認可。

Jay Z（Roc Nation）成為第二位獲得以Dr. Dre命名的「全球影響力」獎（Dr. Dre Global Impact Award）的藝人，該獎項於去年首次設立。
